My name is Clara Sepulveda and I’m grateful to call East Dallas home.  I have 3 kids and I’ve lived here for 10 years.

Q: Please tell us a little bit about your family.

I am married to the love of my life, Chad, and am the proud mother to Cally, Aiden, and Will.

Q: Please tell us about your current, past, or future career. What do you love most about what you do?
I’ve worked in Real Estate for 6 years and today I’m a member of a top-producing real estate team called The Live Local Group.  I love the flexibility it gives me as a full-time mom as well as the people I get to meet and work with.

Scotland, beauty, and history

Chartering a catamaran in BVI!

Country Music

Q: What current or former local business makes you the most nostalgic about our community?
TCBY. I have taken my kids here every Tuesday after school for 10 years. TCBY Tuesday

Q: What is your favorite thing or something unique about our community?
People are a lot more interested in getting involved here. There is a strong sense of WE that makes our community uniquely wonderful.

Q: Where do you see yourself in 5 to 10 years?
Traveling more as kids get older but still calling East Dallas home.

Q: What is the most beautiful place you have ever been?
Harbour Island

Q: Favorite month? favorite holiday? and the best single day on the calendar?
December is my favorite month and Christmas Eve is the single best day of the year.
